This job isn’t easy. Our crew is tasked with taking the planning and procedures we’ve put in place over the years, then pack and shop and build out a new lodge, then pack it back up and head to the next spot. While there are endless perks, the job we do also requires lots of hard, dedicated work.

The one with the vision! Able to experience each aspect needed to build a successful pop-up fly fishing lodge and integrate them into something uniquely spectacular is no easy task. It requires a lot of travel, time spent establishing and growing relationships.
It takes patience and perseverance to let the process unfold. Something our fearless leader has no shortage of. He’s absolutely thrilled each day to be sharing this journey with other anglers the next generation of fly fishers that are coming on board to be part of our crew!

Heading up client and crew communications, admin, managing our day-to-day bookings, trip planning and travel support in the lead up to each trip. Then managing all that, sometimes on location but often from our Northern California home base.
While this role involves most of the less glamorous components involved in our business, it’s incredibly rewarding. We love everything about what we do, because it all comes together, playing an integral part in each angler’s overall experience.
