Scallop Crudo
Ingredients:
1 lbs fresh, cleaned Scallops
1/4 cup Olive oil
2 Tablespoons Za’atar
2 Teasoppons Tajin
1 sprinkle of Maldon Salt
Small finish of lime juice
Thats it!
Process:
Remove the foot of the scallop
Cut each scallop into 3 even, bite-sized pieces.
Simply place the scallops onto a serving dish. Drizzle with olive oil, then add the seasonings. Do this as close to serving as possible to keep the scallops’ integrity intact.
