Ingredients

2 dozen oysters

1/2 lbs Applewood Smoked Bacon

1 lbs Button Mushrooms

1 White Onion

1 lbs Baby Spinach

2 cups heavy cream

1 cup Duke’s mayonnaise

1/4 cup Green Onion

1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional)

Juice from Oysters (Drain each after shucking)

1 tbl Cajun Spice

Salt & Pepper (to taste)
