Flats Fishing for Bonefish

Fly into Nassau and take in the Island vibes as you hop on an island jumper to our final destination- Andros Island. Endless shades of blue abound, as far as the eye can see. Feel the excitement build as the flats suddenly emerge and meet the horizon. Early on, one of our guides told us, “This is the closest you will ever get to heaven!” We cannot agree more….

Over the last few years, have made great friends with many of the locals, truly culminating in our Andros becoming our Bahamian home. Through our connections, we will be working with some of the best guides in the area and other amazing locals as we support the island’s community and experience their rich hospitality! The Creel Crew will stop over to shop in Nassau and arrive on Andros with the goods. The seafood on our menu’s come right from the same water you will be fishing, so expect conch, grouper and snapper to be on rotation. Our guides pick you up daily by boat from the lodge and head out to fish.

The bonefishing here is top notch, with the average size in the 5 pound class. But wait for daily opportunity to run into the elusive Bahamian permit, triggerfish, tarpon, and various flats critters feeding on fleeing crustaceans. Bahamas flats fishing is great for beginner anglers while still offering a challenge to the most experienced anglers. This is a year-round fishery but our program provides a winter escape to paradise and aims to avoid the excessive heat and wind.
